As an undiscovered comet hurtles towards earth, a lone scientist takes it upon himself to preserve the human race by locking himself and his unsuspecting date in his biology lab-turned-fallout shelter. In this outrageous existential comedy, Boom pokes a bit of fun at the precariousness of our nature while embracing our resiliency.
Directed by VSC’s Artistic Director Cristina Alicea, Boom begins the countdown to the end of the Mayan Calendar. Heck, it may very well be the last play you ever see!
