Jack Bradt (Carl)
has been active in theater--mostly little theater--since taking a master's degree in Acting from State University Binghamton, New York thirty-some years ago. Variety is a hallmark of Jack's theater life, having played such disparate roles as Macbeth and Malvolio, Koko in The Mikado and Chauvelain in The Scarlet Pimpernel, Oedipus Rex and Norman (The Dresser), Lady Bracknell, Puck and the Pirate King. Jack supports his "habit" by making furniture and cabinetry, principally for the Vermont State House. He is truly blessed to be working with this company again, in the company of these wonderful hearts.

Taryn Noelle (Grace)
is absolutely thrilled to be a part of this phenomenal team and cast. Taryn is a local dance teacher and choreographer, as well as being a Jazz vocalist and an actor. She also has recently entered the Front of House world, as the new House Manager for the Spruce Peak Performing Arts Center, in Stowe. www.sprucepeakarts.org

Jason Jacobs (Director)
directed VSC productions of Opus, The Boycott and Vanya/Vermont. Regionally he directed Kathryn Blume's The Accidental Activist at the Kitchen Theatre in Ithaca. He was identified as a "2007 Person of the Year" by NYTheatre.com for his work as cofounder of Theatre Askew in New York City, where he directs Askew's theatre program for LGBTQ youth. Director of Askew's productions: Bald Diva!, i google myself, The Tempest, The Tale of the Good Whistleblower of Chaillot and Her Other Children of a Lesser Marriage Chalk Circle, Horatio's Rise (also playwright) and co-adapter/co-director of the episodic show, I Claudius, Live! Other New York productions include: Post Modern Living at La Mama's Club, Lavender Songs for TOSOS II (Bistro Award for special cabaret event), The Boycott, and Mario and the Magician for Center for Contemporary Opera. As a guest artist at Long Island University he directed Bat Boy: The Musical and As You Like It. Jason is a teaching artist with Roundabout Theatre Company. MFA from Columbia and BA from Yale, from whence lo, a concentration in the Victorian novel at last proves useful!
Jenny C. Fulton (Scenic & Costume Designer)
Jenny designs space, objects and clothes for stage and film. She has designed regularly for Vermont Stage since 2001, most recently Oliver Twist and The Glass Menagerie. In NYC she's designed for Salt Theatre, Anne Kaufman and Clubbed Thumb, The Women's Project, as well as the NY premier of Kathryn Blume's The Boycott. Regionally, American Repertory Theatre, Yale Rep, Philadelphia Shakespeare, Virginia Shakespeare, North Shore Music Theatre, Northern Stage, Lost Nation, St. Mike's Playhouse, and others. Film design credits include indie films and PBS Channel 13's The American Novel. She is also an educator and has held guest artist appointments at Hunter College, Mt. Holyoke, Bates College and is presently adjunct faculty at Keene State. She holds degrees from Brandeis and Yale Drama, is a member of USA Local 829, and divides her time between drafty Vermont farmhouse and small Brooklyn apartment. Love and thanks to Prof. Henry Fulton for the ties.
John B. Forbes (Lighting Designer)
has previously designed the lighting for Photograph 51, Oliver Twist, The Glass Menagerie, Opus, My Ohio, King Lear, Inspecting Carol, Woody Guthrie's American Song, True West, Copenhagen, The Foreigner and The Drawer Boy at Vermont Stage Company. He is the winner of three L. A. Dramalogue awards for his designs at the Old Globe Theatre and three Shelley Awards for his designs with the Center Repertory Company. He is the faculty lighting designer at the University of Vermont in the Department of Theatre, and his lighting design for UVM's production of Metamorphoses was displayed in the Gallery Exhibit at the World Stage Design Exhibition in Toronto. He has also taught at San Diego State University and the University of San Diego, and while at U.S.D., he also managed Shiley Theatre. In that capacity he served as the technical liaison between the University and the Presidential Debate Commission for the final Presidential Debate of 1996 held there.
Joel Abbott (Sound Designer)
is happy to be making noise in FlynnSpace once again. Vermont credits include Underneath the Lintel, The Glass Menagerie, Cloud Nine, Shipwrecked, Souvenir, Opus, Prelude To A Kiss, Well, Always Patsy Cline, Blithe Spirit, Around the World in 80 Days, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Dames at Sea. He recently returned from a four month tour as musical director with The Second City, performing sketch and improv comedy shows. Prior to moving to Vermont, Joel was a member of the improv comedy ensemble with Dad's Garage Theatre in Atlanta, Georgia. This is Joel's eleventh show with Vermont Stage Company. Special thanks to Mark Nash for everything.
Sue Wade (Properties Coordinator)
is, as always, delighted to be working with Vermont Stage once again. Knowing that she has to find many bushels of apples and a full-sized yew tree gives her a reason to get up on a cold morning.
Jennifer Moulton (Stage Manager)
is thrilled to be working on My Ohio, her 13th production with VSC. Jen
graduated from the University of Vermont in '06 with a degree in Theatre.
She then spent the 2006/2007 season working as the Stage Management
Apprentice at Round House Theatre in Bethesda MD. Jen would like to thank
Mark, Lisa and the cast for a great show, her family for their constant
support, and Evan for always believing in her, much love!
Jim Dougherty (Technical Director)
is the Associate Technical Director of the Middlebury College Theatre Department. This is his second project working with the Vermont Stage Company, following Woody Guthrie's American Song presented this past summer at the Town Hall Theater in Middlebury. Jim has also worked with Middlebury College's Bread Loaf School of English Theatre Ensemble and the American Repertory Theatre, and has been involved with the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival both through Middlcbury College's entries and in supporting the regional festival.
Martha Holbrook (Costume Assistant)
has sewn since the eighth grade when she learned she could suit herself, pun intended. She was tired of sharing clothes with her little sister, as was she. Marty started sewing professionally after college and widened her range from clothing to wedding dresses to home decor to upholstery. She enjoys and prefers costume work as she is learning new things with each play, such as quick changes. Marty feels lucky to have a good mentor, Jenny Fulton, who continues to teach and guide her with creative acumen. Marty has also worked with the Maine State Theatre in wardrobe capacity as well as a play with Mel Gibson at Bowdoin College -although not a big hit it was tons of fun to work.
