An exuberant musical celebration of America, Woody Guthrie's American Song tells the life of the rambling folk singer through his words and music.  Songwriter, musician, storyteller, activist and all-around rabble rouser, Woody became a folk hero by speaking truth to power and unconvering injustice wherever he found it.  As relevant today as when they were written, his songs remind us of the hope and promise of this land that was "made for you and me."

"Intelligent, warmly satisfying and touching entertainment." -The New York Times
